Tobias Moser

Tobias Moser’s career began in Philadelphia after graduating with a Hospitality Management Degree. He landed at Michael Schulson mainstays, Sampan and Graffiti Bar, where his steadfast spirit led to his appointment as the General Manager at Indeblue Bar & Restaurant.

Three years later, Tobias rejoined Schulson Collective and assisted the team in opening Double Knot, an all-day restaurant and Izakaya.  He then captained the task force that opened Monkitail and Nokku Bar in the Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood Beach, Florida.

Back in Philadelphia, he launched Giuseppe and Sons, Alpen Rose, and Via Locusta as the Director of New Restaurant Openings. After four years with Schulson Collective, he sought greater awareness of the industry and took a position with Davidson Hospitality steering its signature endeavor, The Wayward at Canopy by Hilton in Philadelphia.

After honing The Wayward American Brassiere, Davidson tasked him to launch Surveyor Restaurant at the Thompson Washington DC.
